- Possible reasons for unavailable tracking information:
- The first scan of your package often takes place at a regional hub near its destination, particularly during busy shipping periods when items are processed in bulk. Until this scan occurs, the carrier may not confirm receipt of the package.
- The initial tracking scan may not happen until the package is out for delivery.
- There could be delays in updating the tracking information in the system.
- Certain shipments, like Standard International orders, may not offer tracking. However, your package is expected to arrive by the 20th or 25th business day.

- Should 20 or 25 business days pass without any changes to your tracking details, please allow an additional 5 business days for delivery. Most packages arrive around or shortly after the 20th or 25th business day.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?
- We calculate delivery estimates by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.
- Transit time is based on your chosen shipping speed. We calculate transit time using business days. Saturday and Sunday don't usually count toward the transit time. An exception to this is when a weekend delivery option is available during checkout. We also take holidays into account when calculating transit time.
- For some delivery dates, we may provide an "order within" countdown timer. This shows the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. The date is subject to change before you place your order. Your order confirmation email will include your confirmed delivery date.
- For Free Shipping, your order will arrive within 7 to 25 business days. We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so we can offer free shipping. If you notice that your items haven't shipped yet, don't worry. We may take a little longer than you expect to ship out your order, but we'll ship in time for it to arrive within 7 to 25 business days.
Expedited Shipping
- For us to provide you with the most affordable item, we seldom offer expedited shipping.
- If it is available on the Shipping/Checkout page, the delivery is within 7 to 15 business days for US and 10 to 20 business days for International Shipping.
