- If a tracking number has not been emailed yet, please send us a message through our Contact Form page. We will inquire with our Fulfillment Center about the possibility of making modifications. You can expect an update within 24 to 48 business hours regarding the success of the modification request.
The Tracking Number Has Been Emailed
- If the shipment status is listed as either “Label Created” or “Shipment Notification Sent,” please contact us using our Contact Form page. We’ll reach out to our Fulfillment Center to determine if changes can still be made. You can expect an update from us within 24 to 48 business hours regarding the success of the modification.
- We kindly ask for your understanding that once the shipment status has moved beyond “Label Created” or “Shipment Notification Sent,” we cannot assure you that we can retract the package, as it is already in transit after departing our Fulfillment Center. However, we will make every effort to see what options are available.
